SUPRA-TEX^® is a high-class cutting-edge thermo-active fibre which differs significantly from traditional types of fibre used in the manufacture of tourist and sportswear.

Our collection comprises four types of SUPRA-TEX^® membrane.

SUPRA-TEX^® is a highly water-resistant and breathable fibre used in the top layer of jackets, trousers and boots, perfect for all active people who are frequently exposed to difficult weather conditions.

SUPRA-TEX^® is not only highly resistant to various weather conditions (UV radiation, humidity, acid environment) but most importantly, it is highly resistant to tearing and mechanical damage.

There is a whole range of SUPRA-TEX^® clothing, from the collection of jackets and trousers to skiwear. Outdoor SUPRA-TEX^® clothing is a perfect top layer of a multi-layered out-fit. POLARTEC^®

POLARTEC^® Polartec is the name of the polyester fibre family manufactured by Malden Mills company. It is used in the manufacture of a wide range of clothing from jackets and trousers to winter hats and gloves. POLARTEC^® guarantees thermal comfort and a high level of breath-ability in all weather conditions. It is manufactured in numerous versions, of different parameters and usages. Polartec 100 series, the thinnest fibre used in the sewing of thermo-active underwear and light sweatshirts. Polartec 200 and 300 series - a fibre characterized by very high insulating properties, which is used in the production of thermal jackets and trousers. Polartec WindPro, apart from its excellent thermal properties, it also ensures protection against the wind. Polartec was placed on an exclusive list of the 100 most important products in the history of mankind. 

Softshell^TM

Softshell^TM combines the features of stretch, water and abrasion resistance and breathability. SOFTSHELL ^TM jackets and pants provide high comfort without the need for bulky, resisting layers of clothing making them ideal for different weather conditions. Our definition of SOFTSHELL ^TM is:

StormShell^TM

StormShell^TM it is 3-layer fabric the highly protects from wind and ensures maximum breathability. The garments with this technology are lightweight and enhance freedom of movement. StormShell^TM fabric is designed for admires of winter mountaineering and all who prefer active lifestyle, appreciate comfort and functionality of clothing. StormShell^TM provides the highest quality and functionality for the most demanding consumers.

NanoShield^TM

NanoShield^TM an innovative method of impregnating fabric, NanoShield^TM protects the individual material molecules. Since it does not damage fibres like traditional impregnation methods do, it allows them to maintain their natural properties.

Fabrics that are protected by this molecular NanoShield^TM technology can be used both in high and low temperatures, assuring the skin ideal thermal comfort.

FDX^®

FDX^® is a nylon fabric with similar weight and surface finish to cotton. It features much faster evaporation of moisture. Hydrophile nylon does not absorb water, allowing for faster evaporation. It is easy to maintain and durable, acts as a barrier against sun radiation. FDX^® is ideal for the trekking clothes for the most demanding users.

RECCO^®

RECCO^® is a rescue system using in ski and snowboard wears; it allows to find victims rescuers being under avalanche. It works on basic of easy principle jacket and receiver located in the fittings of rescuers. RECCO^® -it doesn’t turn on, turn off, doesn’t any battery, you never forget it take from home; it works on the frost; it doesn’t get broken; you can’t lose it because it is sewed in jacket, it has unlimited worktime and weights only few grams.

VIBRAM^®

Vibram are the most modern and durable shoe soles used in the manufacture of trekking boots. The solutions which have been implemented such as self-cleaning channels, movement spheres and anti-slip surfaces guarantee highest comfort and safety on the route.

With Vibram soles you can cross a mountain stream with dry feet, even if you have to wade through it. The material proves very effective also on rocks, snow or mud.

It is not easy to wear them out, puncture or damage them in any other way.

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, we have equipped almost all models of Bergson footwear with this type of sole.

THERMIDRY^TM

THERMIDRY^TM Thermo-active underwear is a crucial element of all sports gear. It can regulate the body temperature and, consequently, enhance physical capabilities. THERMIDRY^TM is a cutting-edge polyester fibre which offers superb moisture transfer. Unlike cotton fibre, it does not absorb humidity making it a perfect material to serve as the first layer of sportswear, the so called "next to skin" layer. THERMIDRY^TM undergarments remove sweat produced during intense physical effort and keep it in the thermal sportswear’s (e.g. polar sweatshirt) layer.

Supra-Tex (in footwear)

Supra-Tex is a membrane based on a chemical technology, developed especially for the footwear manufacture purposes.

The high level of breathability of Supra-Tex is provided by molecules with an unevenly distributed electric charge. As a result, particles of steam produced during intense physical exercise reach a high velocity and are pushed outside the membrane, where they may easily evaporate through the shoe’s leather without any contact with the skin.

The water-resistance of Supra-Tex is assured by the small size of the holes in the membrane whose diameter is less than 1 nanometre. Such wholes are large enough to enable steam to evaporate freely, but they are too small to let in even the tiniest drop of water.

DURONT^TM

DURONT - a polyester fabric whose stitching ensures durability and resistance against damage and tears, was created to serve as a material for back packs and bags used in hard conditions.

Being well impregnated with polyurethane makes it highly water resistant.

It is available in two versions: DURONT RIPSTOP^TM and DURONT DIAMOND RIPSTOP^TM. Multiple-stitching technique gives it the texture of a net or a diamond, which increases its durability.

Bag packs made from DURONT are characterized by:

WeatherPro^TM (tents)

For the highest water-resistance, all flysheets are impregnated with WeatherPro^TM. The fabric is coated several times with hot polyurethane, which provides a high level of water-resistance.

POLARGUARD (sleeping bags)

Polarguard fibre does not bunch up and does not come away from the skin of the sleeping bag is light, has the qualities of down, but is at the same time a perfect insulator.

Polarguard keeps its shape and retains warmth much longer than other materials.

It is very light but ensures great thermal insulation. It is durable and provides excellent water and damp resistance.

MICRO-THERM^TM

MICRO-THERM^TM is an anti-allergenic polyester filling of the latest generation. Sleeping bags made of this material not only supply warmth and comfort but are also highly compressible.

This is due to the compression abilities of MICRO-THERM^TM fibres.

MICRO-THERM^TM has the properties of down, but thanks to its water resistance it may be successfully used in environments with high humidity.

INSULOFT^TM

INSULOFT^TM is an anti-allergenic polyester fabric with high insulating properties. Made of twisted, flexible micro fibres, which keep in air for high thermal comfort. The micro fibres are covered with a thin layer of silicone which prevents them from absorbing water and they consequently keep their initial parameters even in extremely humid conditions.
